“There’s a specific exhaustion found in having to come up with dinner after a long day. You didn’t pull out a protein from the freezer, the lettuce you were hoping to use has wilted, and hungry little voices are asking when dinner will be ready every few minutes.”
Imagine effortlessly moving through your week with delicious, easy meals ready at your fingertips. With The Savvy Planner in your tool belt, you’ll unlock the secrets to saving time, money, and stress in the kitchen. Packed with practical tips, customizable meal plans based on your personal “planning persona,” and easy-to-follow recipes, this guide empowers you to take control of your nutrition without sacrificing flavor or variety. Whether you’re a busy professional, a parent juggling multiple schedules, or simply someone looking to learn consistency in the kitchen, my ebook will transform your approach to mealtime.
As someone who has faced a lot of challenges while developing this skill, I know how difficult it can be to work around road blocks. Between meal planning for picky kids with wildly different palates in my past job, finding recipes that didn’t steal my whole weekend in order to prep while working 50-60 hour weeks, and learning how to adapt my whole system to work with my disability and chronic illness, I’ve seen how my advice works in action. Tackling tough topics like appeasing picky eaters, working with dietary restrictions, having limited time or funds, and the accessibility struggle will be far less challenging once you’ve completed this interactive workbook and guide.

I’ll be honest, I bought this book to support a friend. I love their Instagram and all the food pics they post. So I thought, hey… support a friend and learn a couple of yummy recipes. What I didn’t expect, was this ebook being more packed with information, then loaded nachos are with toppings (at least an epic kind of loaded nachos). Each page was super interesting with tips and advice with how to meal prep for my family and there is even tips on hosting! The best part was the way the book tackles different varieties of meal prep and how to do so. Not a fan of eating the same meal every day type of meal prep? This book has you covered, even if you do like that, yup you’re covered.
My favourite part of the book besides the drool worthy recipes (no… For real, I had to get a bucket for my drool. Kay, not really but you get what I am saying) was the chapter on how to meal prep, cook, and handle picky eaters. I find this section was so helpful and had an oh so refreshing outlook on how to help our little nugget monsters to trying new things and how react with the result of them doing so.
Another major aspect that rarely or in my opinion never see, is the tips on how to cook and prep as someone with a chronic illness/pain. The inclusivity to this ebook just made me fall in love with it even more.
Oh and there are several different templates to use. Need I say more?
