I’ll be honest, I bought this book to support a friend. I love their Instagram and all the food pics they post. So I thought, hey… support a friend and learn a couple of yummy recipes. What I didn’t expect, was this ebook being more packed with information, then loaded nachos are with toppings (at least an epic kind of loaded nachos). Each page was super interesting with tips and advice with how to meal prep for my family and there is even tips on hosting! The best part was the way the book tackles different varieties of meal prep and how to do so. Not a fan of eating the same meal every day type of meal prep? This book has you covered, even if you do like that, yup you’re covered.
My favourite part of the book besides the drool worthy recipes (no… For real, I had to get a bucket for my drool. Kay, not really but you get what I am saying) was the chapter on how to meal prep, cook, and handle picky eaters. I find this section was so helpful and had an oh so refreshing outlook on how to help our little nugget monsters to trying new things and how react with the result of them doing so.
Another major aspect that rarely or in my opinion never see, is the tips on how to cook and prep as someone with a chronic illness/pain. The inclusivity to this ebook just made me fall in love with it even more.
Oh and there are several different templates to use. Need I say more?

I love the way you’ve organized the different styles of eaters… It felt like a lightblub moment for me!
